角度计量用的标准器——正多面棱体,其棱面的平面性是鉴定棱体质量的指标之一,因为它是影响棱体角值误差的重要参数。过去检验方法是用技术光波干涉法,即:把棱体的中心孔串在一根横轴上,用标准平面平晶直接接触所检验的每个棱面,由平晶表面与棱面所产生的等厚干涉条纹的图形来确定棱面的平面性。我们觉得存在以下几个问题:
