包嘉逸原来是上海工商外国语学校商务英语专业学生,在校期间到猎头公司实习,毕业时被猎头公司录用为正式员工。据上海工商外国语学校就业办主任包蕾老师回忆,在校时包嘉逸比较内向、文静,在班里并不出众。那她为什么在毕业后能顺利进入猎头公司呢?这还得听听包嘉逸本人的说法。“我是一名中职毕业生,因为在校学的是商务英语专业,这为我进入猎头公司奠定了基础。而让我感受更深的是,我很适应那家公司的企业文化。在实习中我不放弃每一刻学习的机会,从中学到了许多对自己一生有用的职业素养。”包嘉逸对笔者如是说。
