目的探讨血清和羊水中MIF、MMP-3及IL-8的检测在胎膜早破的意义及与绒毛膜羊膜炎之间的关系。方法采用ELISA法分别检测75例PROM分娩组和70例非PROM分娩组的血清及羊水中MIF,MMP-3及IL-8的水平分布和表达,采用HE染色的方法确诊绒毛膜羊膜炎。结果 PROM组MIF、MMP-3、IL-8水平均明显高于对照组,PROM绒毛膜羊膜炎组MIF、MMP-3、IL-8水平均明显高于PROM非绒毛膜羊膜炎组。在PROM组中,随着破膜时间的延长,血清和羊水中MIF、MMP-3、IL-8水平逐渐增加。经统计学分析,各组间两两比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 MIF、MMP-3、IL-8在胎膜早破的发病机制中起着重要的作用,MIF、MMP-3、IL-8与绒毛膜羊膜炎有密切关系。
Objective To investigate the significance of detection of MIF, MMP-3 and IL-8 in serum and amniotic fluid in premature rupture of membranes and its relationship with chorioamnionitis. Methods The distribution and expression of MIF, MMP-3 and IL-8 in serum and amniotic fluid of 75 cases of PROM delivery group and 70 cases of non-PROM delivery group were detected by ELISA. Chorioamnionitis was confirmed by HE staining. Results The levels of MIF, MMP-3 and IL-8 in PROM group were significantly higher than those in control group. The levels of MIF, MMP-3 and IL-8 in PROM chorioamnionitis group were significantly higher than those in PROM non-chorioamnionitis group. In the PROM group, the levels of MIF, MMP-3 and IL-8 in serum and amniotic fluid gradually increased with the prolongation of rupture time. After statistical analysis, there was a significant difference between every two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion MIF, MMP-3 and IL-8 play an important role in the pathogenesis of premature rupture of membranes. MIF, MMP-3 and IL-8 are closely related to chorioamnionitis.
