学校是一个人学习文化知识和接受社会化的重要场所,学生在这一阶段的发展很大程度上会对其一生造成巨大影响,然而处于接受教育阶段的学生又是人一生中各种问题的多发阶段,在当下学校教育以知识文化为主的背景下,社会工作作为学校教育缺失部分的补充就显得尤为重要,本文立论从人文关怀的角度出发,综合当下教育系统的现状,剖析问题,提出建议,旨在运用社工专业理论和方法,促进学生提升能力,满足学生在这一阶段的各类需求,从而使学生顺利的完成这一阶段的任务。
The school is an important place for a person to learn cultural knowledge and accept socialization. The development of a student at this stage will have a tremendous impact on his whole life. However, the students in the stage of receiving education are all kinds of problems in his life In the multiple stages, under the background that the current school education mainly focuses on the knowledge and culture, the social work as a supplement to the missing part of school education is particularly important. This essay discusses the present situation of the current education system and analyzes the problems from the perspective of humanistic concern. The proposal aims at using social work theory and methods to promote students’ ability to meet various needs of students at this stage so as to enable them to successfully accomplish the tasks of this stage.
