本文通过问谈法和问卷调查法对河南省的部分地区(开封、商丘、济源)的体育健身俱乐部内的会员采用问卷调查的方式,对俱乐部内的主要负责人、教练员、会计等采用问谈的形式对其现状进行调查研究,结果表明:1、河南省体育健身俱乐部发展规模中型化2、会员身份白领化3、人力资源水平整体有待提高;4、融资形式多样化、经营状况有差异、经营模式连锁化;5、以健身项目为主且较集中,娱乐休闲项目为辅且较少6、没有形成经常性的锻炼。针对其中存在的问题,提出合理的建议,为河南省体育健身俱乐部的健康发展提供科学的参考依据,为了了解这一行业的现实状况,从而提高健身环境和质量。

In view of the existing problems, put forward reasonable suggestions to provide a scientific reference for the healthy development of Henan Province Sports Fitness Club, in order to understand the reality of the industry, thereby enhancing the fitness environment and quality.
