弹簧管是压力表的主要基础元件,管子的质量直接影响压力表的精度与可靠性。成型后的弹簧管壁厚和曲率半径对管子的灵敏度、应力和装配精度有很大影响。我厂弹簧管质量要求较严,成形后的管子必须平整,不平度允差为±0.5mm,管子表面不得起皱、曲率半径要求一致,壁厚尺寸应均匀,其厚度偏差不能超过0.2mm。这些要求主要靠弯管成形工艺来保证,所以该工艺尤为重要。
Spring tube pressure gauge is the main foundation of the components, the quality of the tube pressure gauge directly affects the accuracy and reliability. Formed spring tube wall thickness and radius of curvature of the tube sensitivity, stress and assembly accuracy have a great impact. Our spring tube quality requirements more stringent, the tube after forming must be smooth, roughness tolerance ± 0.5mm, the surface of the tube shall not wrinkle, the same radius of curvature requirements, wall thickness should be uniform, the thickness deviation of not more than 0.2mm. These requirements are mainly based on elbow forming process to ensure that the process is particularly important.
