一、前言冷轧带材厚度尺寸的精度(指纵向公差)一直是广泛关注的质量问题。随着制品厂自动化程度的提高,对冷轧带材厚度公差的要求越来越严,目前,厚度自动控制技术(简称A、G、C下同)已成为轧机装备水平中的关键。在过去卅年中,A、G、C技术已多次更新换代,并在许多工业国家中普及应用。然而国内进展却十分缓慢,据1980年调查,上海钢铁企业拥有的117台冷带轧机中连1台用上A、G、C技术的也没有,其它各地情况也大体类似。可以说,A、G、C技术已是我国当前冷轧技术改造中的一个最迫切的问题。二、各种A、G、C类型的简介 2.1后馈型A、G、C
I. Introduction Cold rolled strip thickness dimension accuracy (refers to the longitudinal tolerance) has been a widespread concern quality problems. With the improvement of the degree of automation of the products factory, the requirements on the thickness tolerance of cold-rolled strip are more and more strict. At present, the automatic thickness control technology (referred to as A, G, C the same below) has become the key of the mill equipment level. In the past years, A, G, C technologies have been repeatedly replaced and popularized in many industrialized countries. However, the domestic progress has been very slow. According to the survey in 1980, there was not even one A, G and C technology in 117 cold-rolling mills owned by the Shanghai iron and steel enterprises. Other parts of the situation were similar. It can be said that A, G, C technology has been China’s current cold-rolled steel technology transformation in the most urgent issue.
