目前,国内研制的各种线材的测径仪器大多局限于冷态测量,其中最典型的是激光测径仪。研制激光测径仪的单位相当多,如大连工学院、大连钢厂、安徽光机所、合肥无线电厂、广州市机电研究所、广州电线厂、湖南省技术物理所等。这种仪器的缺点是:对光机要求高,光路短,不能适应于热轧线材现场的恶劣环境。由于激光器本身存在着不稳定现象,影响到测径仪的精度和稳定性,且激光管较易损坏。热轧线材现场条件十分恶劣,灰尘多、水汽大,电气干扰严重,加之线材本身温度高
At present, most of the wire diameter measuring instruments developed in China are limited to the cold state measurement, the most typical of which is the laser diameter measuring instrument. There are quite a few units for the development of laser diameter measuring instruments, such as Dalian Institute of Technology, Dalian Steel Works, Anhui Institute of Optics, Hefei Radio Factory, Guangzhou Institute of Electrical and Mechanical Services, Guangzhou Wire Factory and Hunan Institute of Technical Physics. The shortcomings of this instrument is: light machine demanding, short optical path, can not adapt to the harsh environment of hot-rolled wire. As the laser itself there is instability, affecting the accuracy and stability of the diameter measuring instrument, and the laser tube easier to damage. Hot wire rod site conditions are very poor, dusty, water vapor, electrical interference serious, combined with the high temperature of the wire itself
