翻建城市危旧房屋,调整老城区布局,重新规划老城区建设用地,是节约耕地,挖掘土地资源,提高居民生活质量,美化城市的重要举措之一。在旧城改造过程中,形成大量拆迁档案,这部分档案既关系到未来城市的发展变化又关系到百姓的切身利益。因此,管好用好拆迁档案意义重大。
Renovation of dilapidated buildings in urban areas, adjusting the layout of the old city and re-planning the construction of old urban areas are one of the important measures for saving cultivated land, excavating land resources, improving residents’ living quality and beautifying the city. During the process of urban renewal, a large number of demolition files have been formed. This part of the archives is not only related to the development and changes of cities in the future, but also to the vital interests of the people. Therefore, it is of great significance to properly manage the demolition archives.
