韩愈说:“师者,所以传道授业解惑者也”。解惑时,如果老师能先站在学生角度思考:学生哪里会不明白,哪里容易出现问题,就能有针对性讲解;同时,也站在学生角度,思考采用什么讲授方式方法,学生能懂、能更易懂、能懂更多。由此,我们将换位思想引入到档案指导、培训工作中来,将每一项指导、培训工作都以学员为中心,以“易学、会用、高效”为目的,形成了良好的档案指导、培训氛围,促进了我市档案事业的发展。
