随着信息技术的快速发展,档案管理方式已从简单的单机版管理软件发展到网络化的档案管理系统。与此同时,高校的各个部门均针对自身需求引进或开发了自己的应用系统,这些系统在日常运行中生成了大量的数字档案,这就要求档案管理系统必须要与现有的以及将来的其他业务系统建立接口,实现各类准数字档案的归档和管理。本文提出了一种基于SOA的数字档案馆软件平台设计理念,利用SOA的松散耦合、位置和传输协议透明和粗粒度的特性,能对各种异构业务系统之间的数据进行集成和归档,从而实现数字档案信息资源的共享。
With the rapid development of information technology, file management has evolved from a simple stand-alone version of the management software to a networked file management system. At the same time, various departments in colleges and universities have introduced or developed their own application systems for their own needs. These systems generate a large number of digital files in their daily operation, which requires that the file management system must be compatible with existing and future other Business systems to establish interfaces to achieve various types of quasi-digital archives and management. This paper presents a design concept of software platform for digital archives based on SOA, which can integrate and archive the data of heterogeneous business systems by utilizing the loose coupling of SOA, the transparent and coarse granularity of location and transport protocols, In order to achieve digital file information resources sharing.
