根据《中华人民共和国货物进出口管理条例》规定和我国加入世界贸易组织有关承诺,现将2003年成品油、汽车轮胎、原油(非国营贸易)进口配额调整事宜公告如下:一、2003年成品油、汽车轮胎、原油(非国营贸易)进口配额持有者如在2003年底前未使用完持有的年度配额,应在2003年9月1日前将未使用完的配额交还商务部授权的进口配额管理机构(以下简称进口配额管理机构);未按期交还并且在年底前未使用完的,进口配额管理机构可以在2004年度扣减其相应配额。
According to the Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on the Administration of Import and Export of Goods and the relevant commitments of China’s accession to the World Trade Organization, the following is the announcement on the adjustment of import quotas for refined oil products, automobile tires and crude oil (non-state-owned trade) in 2003: I. 2003 refined oil , Car tires, import quota holders of crude oil (non-state-owned trade) who have not used their annual quotas before the end of 2003 should return the unused quotas to the import quotas authorized by the Ministry of Commerce by September 1, 2003 The regulatory agency (hereinafter referred to as the import quota regulator); if it is not returned on schedule and has not been used before the end of the year, the import quota regulator may deduct its corresponding quota in 2004.
