针对大庆老油田今后开发建设将面临的一系列生产问题 ,提出了全面配套实施低能耗油、气、水集输处理工艺 ;建立油气集输处理系统耗能分析及能量利用优化方法 ;研究含油污水余热回收利用技术 ;调整技术界限 ,降低原油生产过程中的能量消耗 ;优化可能出现的低负荷系统的运行方案 ,降低系统运行能耗 ;全面配套实施注水系统装置节能型配置和优化运行等节能降耗技术措施
