一、施工组织设计 治沟骨干工程根据工程管理工作《暂行规定》,设计程序按计划任务书和扩大初步设计两个阶段进行。 施工组织设计是研究工程施工条件、选择施工方案、指导和组织施工的技术经济文件。认真做好施工组织设计,对于选定工程设计方案,做好施工准备,加强施工计划性,建立正常的施工秩序,保证工程质量,降低工程造价,顺利完成工程建设任务具有重要作用。
