Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has attached great importance to scientific and technological innovations and placed itself in a prominent position in the overall development of the country, opening up a new journey in promoting the leap-forward development of science and technology in our country and marching toward a world science and technology powerhouse. The scientific and technological front line has the ideal of serving the country and has the courage to act as its own. It has been trying its best to climb the peak of the world’s science and technology and has launched a number of landmark achievements. This has effectively enhanced China’s scientific and technological strength and overall national strength and boosted ethnic self-confidence and pride. The significant new achievements made by China in science and technology have further demonstrated the institutional advantages of socialism with Chinese characteristics and demonstrated the leading superiority of the Chinese Communist Party.
