Study Design : Prospective Objective: To evaluate the clinical properties of new technique of posterior pelvic fixation by pedicle screw system.Summary of Background Data: Triangular osteosynthesis that comprises a vertical fixation and a transverse fixation component, providing clinically sufficient multiplanar stability, achieve the satisfactory results in treatment of the unstable sacral fracture.
