我厂是国外进口的高压机,活塞杆直径是φ160毫米,长度1490毫米,材质合我国40~#钢表面淬火的活塞杆。这高压机因设计缺陷多次将活塞杆烧弯,有的弯曲度最大达1.30毫米左右,因而造成大量的活塞杆报废不能用。当时所谓外国专家也想用火焰矫直方法将这些活塞杆修复,但是经过多次都失败没有矫直成功一根。我们自己采用5~#焊嘴火焰矫直方法进行矫直效果很好,能使弯曲度在0.5~1.3毫米的活塞杆经矫直后精度可达到0.03~0.06毫米左右;火焰矫直后的活塞杆从新使用良好、并无异象。
