装有刚性离合器的小型开式压力机,目前在一些中小厂中广泛采用。这种离合器的特点是结构简单、操作方便、成本低,并且离合器不需要特殊的动力源。但是也存在着缺点,主要的是不能得到寸动行程,因而进行模具调整很不方便,又不能紧急停车。用摩擦离合器来替代刚性离合器能够克服这一缺点,但是摩擦离合器的结构复杂、制造成本高、需要空气或液压动力源,不适于小厂使用。有些使用厂直接利用电动机点动来获得寸动行程进行模具调整,这样作是不合理的,容易烧坏电动机,特别是对100吨以上的开式压力机绝对禁用。

The friction clutch can be used to replace the rigid clutch can overcome this shortcoming, but the friction clutch structure is complex, high manufacturing costs, the need for air or hydraulic power source, not suitable for small plant use. Some use the factory direct use of motor jogging to get inching stroke for mold adjustment, this is unreasonable, easy to burn out the motor, especially for 100 tons of open presses absolutely disabled.
