Comrades: This production technology and scientific research conference was convened under the new situation that the people of the whole country are energetic, win-win, and all-round leap forward. It is of great significance to guarantee the task of geological exploration in 1959. This conference should focus on summing up the rich experience in the 58-year Great Leap Forward in production technology and exploration technology research and formulate specific measures for a 59-year leap forward and hope everyone can make this meeting a good start.
