法律素质是每个社会成员必须具备的基本素质,在发展市场经济的今天,培育青少年的法律素质显得尤其重要。从开展法制宣传教育十五年的工作历程看,我国青少年的法制教育虽然取得了巨大成绩,但青少年问题突出,违法犯罪增多,仍然是困扰我国社会的一个严重问题。预防和减少青少年的违法犯罪,一个最基本的方法是加强青少年的法制教育。要切实解决青少年法制教育工作的表面化和程式化的问题,必须提高对青少年教育工作的认识,保证教育内容的针对性和教育方式的有效性。只有把青少年法制教育作为实践依法治国的基础工程来抓,才能切实推进依法治国方略的实施。
Legal quality is a basic quality that every member of society must possess. In developing a market economy today, it is particularly important to cultivate the legal quality of young people. Judging from the work course of carrying out legal publicity and education over the past fifteen years, the juvenile legal education in our country has made great achievements. However, with the outstanding problems of young people and the increase of crimes and crimes, it still remains a serious problem plaguing our society. One of the most basic ways to prevent and reduce juvenile delinquency is to step up legal education for juveniles. In order to effectively solve the problem of formalization and stylization of juvenile legal education, we must raise awareness of juvenile education and ensure the relevance of educational contents and the effectiveness of educational methods. Only by basing the legal education on juvenile law as a basic project for practicing the rule of law in accordance with the law can we effectively push forward the implementation of the strategy of governing the country according to law.
