林业企业思想政治工作能够统一思想、团结群众、凝聚人心、理顺情绪、化解矛盾,思想政治工作是林业企业的基础性工作,更是当思想政治工作重要的一部分。在林业企业的日常经营和管理过程中,通过企业的思想政治工作,可以对职工的理想信念进行教育,培养出四有职工,为林业企业的发展以及林业企业的经济效益增长发挥积极作用。林业企业的思想政治工作的中心是企业经济建设,目的在于关心职工的工作和生活,化解职工的矛盾,建设有纪律、有道德、有文化和有理想的职工队伍,完成企业的经济任务。本文中,笔者就对新形势下林业企业思想政治工作创新进行分析和研究。
Ideological and political work in forestry enterprises can unify thinking, unite the masses, unite people, straighten out emotions and resolve conflicts. Ideological and political work is a basic work for forestry enterprises and an important part of ideological and political work. In the daily operation and management of forestry enterprises, through the ideological and political work of the enterprises, we can educate the ideal and conviction of the staff and workers, train four workers, and play an active role in the development of forestry enterprises and in the economic growth of forestry enterprises. The core of ideological and political work in forestry enterprises is the economic construction of enterprises with the purpose of caring about the work and life of employees, resolving the contradictions among employees, building a contingent of workers with discipline, morality, culture and ideals and accomplishing the economic tasks of enterprises. In this article, the author analyzes and studies the innovation of ideological and political work in forestry enterprises under the new situation.
