测定37例急性肾小球肾炎急儿红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、红细胞及血浆脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量,同时与30例健康儿进行对照。结果表明:1.肾提急性期红细胞 SOD 明显降低,红细胞及血浆 LPO 明显升高,并随病程进展而变化,提示自由基参与了急性肾炎的病理过程。2.血 SOP 及 LPO 与尿蛋白、12小时尿红细胞计数等密切相关,提示 SOD 及 LPO 有可能作为估计病情和判断近期转归的指标。
37 cases of acute glomerulonephritis acute erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD), erythrocyte and plasma lipid peroxides (LPO) content, while with 30 healthy children control. The results showed that: 1. The SOD of erythrocytes in acute renal injury was significantly decreased, the LPO in erythrocytes and plasma were significantly increased, and with the progress of the disease progression, suggesting that free radicals involved in the pathological process of acute nephritis. Blood SOP and LPO and urinary protein, 12-hour urine red blood cell count is closely related, suggesting that SOD and LPO may be used as indicators to estimate the condition and to judge the recent outcome.
