国企三年脱困,大多数企业迈出了扎实、有效的脚步,然而与此形成反差,一些原来已扭亏甚至开始具有优势的企业,由于种种原因又重陷亏损。在国企占大头的河南省,全省纳入国家重点脱困企业名单的299家企业,有70%左右的企业实现了脱困目标。但全省803户国有大中型企业中,同时又有100多户盈利企业返困。
In the three years after the state-owned enterprises were experiencing difficulties, most enterprises took a solid and effective step.
