伤口中游离的肿瘤细胞侵入并导致肿瘤复发必须先粘附于组织结构.细胞粘附是一细胞动力学过程.这一过程在细胞与细胞间质之间具有粘附关系.手术中阻碍这一过程有可能减少肿瘤局部复发.为此,作者进行了动物试验,并检测了几类制剂对抑制肿瘤细胞种植的作用.选用成年雄性鼠,采用四种移植的鼠肿瘤,分别是Lewis肺癌、B16-F10黑瘤、网状组织细胞肉瘤和MB-49膀胱癌.B16-F10黑瘤用于粘附检测.这些细胞培养于Dulbecco改良的Eagles培养基.
The invasion of free tumor cells in the wound and the recurrence of the tumor must first adhere to the tissue structure. Cell adhesion is a cellular dynamic process. This process has an adhesive relationship between the cell and the cell mesenchyme. It hinders this during surgery. The process may reduce the local recurrence of tumors. To this end, the authors conducted animal tests and tested the effects of several types of preparations on the inhibition of tumor cell growth. Adult male rats were selected and four transplanted mouse tumors were used, namely Lewis lung cancer, B16. -F10 melanoma, reticular cell sarcoma, and MB-49 bladder cancer. B16-F10 melanoma was used for adhesion detection. These cells were cultured in Dulbecco’s modified Eagles medium.
