癌肿病人在接受头、颈部放疗后会发生辐照性口腔粘膜炎,目前预防性应用的外用或漱口制剂众多,效果均不够满意。作者用高浓度皮质类固醇激素漱口液治疗5例因腮腺恶性肿瘤接受放疗的病人。制剂为每2mg倍他米松磷酸钠溶于15ml水中,每日应用4次,每次含漱2分钟后吐掉,从放疗前即开始用,并在6周的放疗过程中持续应用。接受全量照射(6周30次,共60Gy)的一侧口腔粘
Radiotherapy oral mucositis occurs in patients with cancer after receiving head and neck radiotherapy. Currently, there are numerous external use or mouthwash preparations for preventive use, and the effects are not satisfactory. The authors used high-level corticosteroid gargles to treat 5 patients who received radiotherapy for malignant tumors of the parotid gland. The preparation was dissolved in 15 ml of water every 2 mg of betamethasone sodium phosphate and applied 4 times a day.
