黑龙江省宾县副食品商店是宾县最大的一家副食品零售商店。他们从强化资金管理入手,加强企业各项管理,摆脱了市场疲软造成的困境,使企业的经济效益明显提高,1990年完成商品销售比上年增长8.1%,实现利润比上年增长2%,百元销售占用流动资金比上年减少27元,成为全县商业系统唯一的“四无”(无银行贷款、无历史包袱、无残次商品库存、无往来欠款)企业。
