一个外埠商人在广州与一未婚女青年非法同居生下一对双生子(一男一女),该男子怀疑此双生子非他所亲生而拒付抚养费,女方递上告法院。法院委托我们对该双生子进行亲子鉴定,结果证明,该双生子为异父双生子,属国内首例。现将鉴定结果报告如下。1 材料与方法1.1 检样 男子(外埠商人)、母亲及双生子新鲜静脉血各5ml,其中3ml用肝素抗凝,2ml不抗凝,自然凝固,析出血清待检。
An expatriate businessman illegally living with a unmarried young woman in Guangzhou gave birth to a pair of twins (a man and a woman) who suspect the twin were not born of him and refused to pay child support. The woman handed the case to the court. The court entrusted us with the paternity test of the twins, and the result proved that the twins were the illegitimate twins and belonged to the first domestic case. Now report the results as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Sample Man (male businessman), mother and twins fresh venous blood of 5ml, of which 3ml with heparin anticoagulant, 2ml non-anticoagulant, natural coagulation, serum was seized.
