目的了解长春西部城区人群血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平及高同型半胱氨酸血症(HtHcy)流行现状,为该地区HtHcy防治提供参考。方法整理分析吉林大学第四医院2010年6月至2012年9月来自长春西部城区共24807例健康体检者的血清Hcy资料,分析不同性别、不同年龄段血清Hcy水平和HtHcy检出率。结果男性健康体检者平均血清Hcy水平高于女性[(14.58±8.55)vs(9.10±4.71)μmol/L,P<0.05],HtHcy检出率男性高于女性(22.53%vs4.55%,P<0.05),且各年龄组HtHcy检出率男性亦均高于女性(P均<0.05)。同性别不同年龄组HtHcy检出率均随年龄增长而增高(P均<0.01)。结论长春西部城区血清Hcy水平男性高于女性,且男性HtHcy检出率显著高于女性,总体上看,男、女HtHcy检出率随着年龄增长均有增高趋势,男性及56岁以上女性是本地区HtHcy的重点防治人群。
Objective To understand the prevalence of serum homocysteine (Hcy) and hyperhomocysteinemia (Hcy) in urban areas of western Changchun City and provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of HtHcy in this area. Methods The Hcy data of 24807 healthy volunteers from the Fourth West Hospital of Changchun from June 2010 to September 2012 in the Fourth Hospital of Jilin University were analyzed. The detection rates of serum Hcy and HtHcy in different gender and age groups were analyzed. Results The average serum Hcy level in male health examination was significantly higher than that in female [(14.58 ± 8.55) vs (9.10 ± 4.71) μmol / L, P <0.05]. The detection rate of HtHcy was higher in male than in female (22.53% vs 4.55%, P <0.05), and the detection rate of HtHcy in all age groups was also higher than that in women (all P <0.05). The detection rate of HtHcy in different age groups increased with age (all P <0.01). Conclusions The serum Hcy level of western Changchun City is higher than that of female, and the detection rate of HtHcy in male is significantly higher than that of female. Generally speaking, the detection rate of HtHcy in male and female increases with age, and male and female over 56 are HtHcy in this area focuses on prevention and control of the population.
