近一个月,编辑部的同事们常聊的话题是:什么东西,是代表中国的符号?在全世界的非中国人看来,恐怕中餐馆最能代表中国。欧盟航天局有个官员,在谈到中美太空科技竞赛的话题时,开玩笑说:“将来美国第二次重返月球的时候会发现,月球上已经出现了中餐馆。”我认识的一个德国朋友这样说:“当然是中国功夫啊,李小龙成龙霍元甲,都是中国符号”。
