本文利用静态浸泡法,测定了熔融结合环氧与酚醛改性环氧粉末自由涂膜在90℃几种典型介质中的增重率-时间关系曲线。用示差扫描量热仪测量了两种涂料固化过程中的反应热特性曲线,从涂层组分和交联结构特性上,探讨酚醛改性环氧粉末涂料的抗介质渗透性能。结果表明:加入适当的酚醛树脂可改善环氧粉末涂料在90℃的耐水及耐酸性,耐碱性也在一定程度上有所提高。
In this paper, using the static immersion method, the weight-rate-time curves of the free-coating films of melt-bound epoxy and phenolic-modified epoxy powders were measured in several typical media at 90 ℃. The differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) was used to measure the thermal response curves of the two coatings. The anti-media permeability of the phenolic modified epoxy powder coatings was discussed based on the coating composition and the cross-linked structure. The results show that adding appropriate phenolic resin can improve the water resistance and acid resistance of epoxy powder coatings at 90 ℃, and the alkali resistance is also improved to a certain extent.
