目的探讨和分析乐山市手足口病病原学检测结果及其影响因素。方法利用Real-timeRT-PCR方法检测手足口病肠道病毒核酸,并对检测结果可能的影响因素进行分析。结果 390份咽拭子标本中,手足口病肠道病毒核酸检测总阳性率为26.2%;核酸检测的阳性率与检测试剂的种类无关,但与采样日期与发病日期、送样日期与采样日期以及检测日期与送样日期之间的时间间隔有关,还与是否在高峰季节采样有关。结论该市手足口病病原以CVA16和EV71为主,在高峰季节采样以及病例发病后及时采样、及时送样并及时检测,可以提高手足口病肠道病毒核酸检测的阳性率。
Objective To explore and analyze the etiological test results of hand-foot-mouth disease in Leshan City and its influencing factors. Methods Real-time RT-PCR was used to detect enterovirus RNA in hand-foot-mouth disease and the possible influencing factors were analyzed. Results In 390 pharyngeal swab specimens, the total positive rate of HFMV was 26.2%. The positive rate of nucleic acid detection was not related to the type of detection reagent, but the correlation between sampling date and onset date, delivery date and sampling date As well as the time between the date of detection and the date of delivery, but also whether or not it is sampled during the peak season. Conclusion The pathogens of HFMD in this city are mainly CVA16 and EV71. Samples were taken during the peak season and samples were collected in time after the onset of the disease. The timely delivery and timely detection of these viruses could improve the positive rate of enterovirus nucleic acid detection in HFMD.
