This article observed the average lymphocyte mean cell cycle time (Tc) and its related factors in 28 diabetic patients. The Tc of patients was 8.6% longer than that of normal people; the serum phosphorus was lower than that of normal people; Tc was negatively correlated with serum phosphorus and plasma albumin, and positively correlated with the course of disease and urinary protein in 24 hours.
