用气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用方法,分析云南拟单性木兰鲜花水蒸气蒸馏精油的化学成分。鉴定出52种化合物,占精油总量的67.566%;采用气相色谱法分析其鲜叶精油的化学成分,鉴定出35种化合物,占精油总量的90.909%。
The gas chromatography-mass spectrometry-computer coupled method was used to analyze the chemical constituents of steam distilled essential oil of Pantois purpurea flowers in Yunnan. 52 compounds were identified, accounting for 67.566% of the total essential oils; the chemical composition of the fresh leaf essential oil was analyzed by gas chromatography and 35 compounds were identified, accounting for 90.909% of the total essential oil.
