以电场刺激法观察益母草注射液与15-甲基PGF_(2α)甲酯及磺酰前列酮对子宫肌的作用。结果表明:益母草注射液,15-甲基PGF_(2α)甲酯及磺酰前列酮单独用药明显增强子宫肌收缩力,其阈值浓度((?)±s)分别为(3.89±3.57)×10~(-4)mol/L、(4.71±4.59)×10~(-7)mol/L和(1.36±3.98)×10~(-7)mol/L。半阈值浓度的益母草注射液分别与半阈值浓度的15-甲基PGF_(2α)甲酯、磺酰前列酮合并用药均可明显增加子宫肌收缩力,表现为协同兴奋作用。提示在催经止孕临床应用中发展合并用药的可能性。
The effects of Leonurus injection, 15-methyl PGF(2α) methyl ester and sulfontazone on uterine muscle were observed by electric field stimulation. The results showed that: Motherwort injection, 15-methyl PGF_(2α) methyl ester and sulfontazone alone significantly increased the myometrial contractility, and its threshold concentration ((?)±s) was (3.89±3.57)×10, respectively. It is ~ (-4) mol/L, (4.71 ± 4.59) × 10 ~ (-7) mol/L and (1.36 ± 3.98) × 10 ~ (-7) mol/L. Semi-threshold concentration of Motherwort injection and half-threshold concentration of 15-methyl PGF_(2α) methyl ester and sulprostone could significantly increase the contraction of uterine muscles, which showed a synergistic effect. It suggests the possibility of developing combined medications in the clinical application of ecstasy.
