在1989年夏季异常低温(7月26日至8月1日的日平均温度22.78℃)条件下,对用农垦58S作供体转育而成的19个光敏核不育水稻品系,依其外观分为籼型、粳型、籼粳中间型3类进行了育性转换情况观察。现将结果作简要报道。1 材料与方法用我们育成的19个HPGMR不育系进行分期播种。分别在始穗期进行套袋自交和花粉镜检(I_2-KI染色压片)。育性鉴定结果以套袋自交结实率为标准。
