创新是一个社会充满活力的表征,是经济增长的主要推动力量,第十二届全国人民代表大会第四次会议召开时,国务院总理李克强在作2016政府工作报告中重点指出:“充分释放全社会创业创新潜能。着力实施创新驱动发展战略,促进科技与经济深度融合,提高实体经济的整体素质和竞争力。”2016两会报道期间,人民日报、人民网为两会报道专门设计的全媒体栏目—两会e客厅,特别关注推出了科技国家队,聚焦战略创新的话题。本话题特别邀请到了科技界三位重量级人物,中国国家科学院院长、党组书记白春礼;中国科学院秘书长邓麦村;全国人大代表、中国科学院科技战略咨询研究院副院长王毅进行了访谈。本刊的“高端访谈”栏目本期对部分访谈实录进行转载报道。
