国家发改委和商务部近日联合发布《中西部地区外商投资优势产业目录(2013年修订)》。根据《指导外商投资方向规定》,属于《目录》的外商投资项目享受鼓励类外商投资项目优惠政策。新目录将于6月10日起施行。
Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce jointly released the Catalog of Advantageous Foreign-Funded Industries in Central and Western Regions (Revised in 2013). According to the Provisions on Guiding the Orientation of Foreign Investment, foreign-funded projects belonging to the “Catalog” enjoy the preferential policies for encouraging foreign investment projects. The new directory will be implemented on June 10.
