山东莱芜钢铁集团公司(下称莱钢)是年产钢200万吨的大型钢铁联合企业。近几年来,由于钢材市场价格连年大幅度下滑,债务沉重,还本付息数额巨大,使生产经营面临严峻挑战。据测算,近三年与1993年相比,莱钢生产的钢材价格每吨平均下降300元以上;每年还本付息四五亿元,每吨钢材平均负担250元左右。这是造成成本上升、利润下降的主要原因。
Shandong Laiwu Iron and Steel Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Laiwu Iron and Steel) is an annual output of 2 million tons of steel large-scale steel complex. In recent years, due to the significant drop in the market prices of steel products in recent years, the heavy debts and the large amount of principal and interest, the production and operation are facing severe challenges. It is estimated that in the recent three years, compared with 1993, the average price of steel produced by Laiwu Steel dropped by more than 300 yuan per tonne; and the annual interest payments and loans were 45 billion yuan and the average burden per ton of steel was about 250 yuan. This is the main reason causing higher costs and lower profits.
