汉代是我国古代社会饮食业的一个重要发展阶段,那个时代的饮食水准已较前代有了很大的提高。人们的饮食观念在今天看来普遍都很健康,患有慢性病的人很少。而随着汉代中西(西域)饮食文化的交流,也出现了一些新食材,食物种类变得更加丰富,营养摄取更加全面。在汉代,烹饪工艺也发生了一些重大变革,更多的烹调手段让食物的口感更好,吃饭已经不只是填饱肚子,而变成了一种享受食物的过程。那汉代人的餐桌上都有什么?他们又是如何安全、健康、美味地吃饭的呢?
The Han Dynasty was an important stage of development of the catering industry in ancient Chinese society. The dietary standards in that era have greatly improved from the previous generation. People’s diet concept today generally seems very healthy, few people suffer from chronic diseases. With the exchange of Chinese and Western (Western) food culture in the Han Dynasty, some new ingredients appeared, the types of food became richer, and the nutrient intake was more comprehensive. In the Han Dynasty, some major changes took place in the cooking process.
