据《Энергетика》2013年3-4月刊报道,白俄罗斯国立技术大学的专家就抑制动力锅炉NOx形成的各种工艺方法的效果进行了分析和比较。这些工艺方法包括:1.LEA(低过量空气);2.分阶段将空气引入炉膛;3.将水蒸汽和氨喷到锅炉火焰上;4.烟气再循环;5.分阶段填加燃料;6.低毒性燃烧器和分阶段引入空气、烟气再循环、分阶段添加燃料;列出了这些方法、NOx减少程度,百分比、应用的限制和注意事项。应特别关注在燃烧碳氢燃料时,利用富氧空气减少NOx排放的研究。这些计算结果已经证明,借助于提高氧含量到50%(按体积),有可能使形成的NOx减少21%。
According to the March-April 2013 issue of “Энергетика”, experts at the Belarusian National Technical University have analyzed and compared the effects of various processes for suppressing NOx formation in power boilers. These processes include: 1. LEA (low excess air); 2. Staged introduction of air into the furnace; 3. Water vapor and ammonia sprayed onto the boiler flame; 4. Flue gas recirculation; ; 6. low-toxicity burners and staged introduction of air, flue gas recirculation, staged addition of fuels; lists of these methods, NOx reduction, percentages, application limitations and precautions. Special attention should be given to the use of oxygen-enriched air to reduce NOx emissions when burning hydrocarbon fuels. These calculations have shown that by increasing the oxygen content to 50% by volume, it is possible to reduce the formation of NOx by 21%.
