1“空泡应力腐蚀”情况1.1基本情况某电厂3号炉系超高压自然循环煤粉炉,于1989年8月投产。2009年1月4日发现水冷壁折焰角部位爆管,经临时处理后又投入运行;2009年1月22日另一处折焰角水冷壁又出现爆管。停炉后全面检查发现:1)距折焰角弯头约1 m处,沿斜坡往上约15 m范围内有97根水冷壁管圆弧顶面出现纵向线性减薄(B段管子相对应的斜坡区域减薄均严重,如图1所示)。2)对爆管管段取样宏观检查,在管子内壁圆弧顶面出现纵向线性沟槽。如图2、图3、图4所示。
