HBP 160 高速镦锻机采用塔形镦锻工艺,由于其结构方面的缺陷,使得镦饼凸模的冷却不充分,模具消耗大;模具失效又造成镦饼质量满足不了工艺要求。经过改进后,镦饼凸模采用内置式水冷却方式,使冷却水与模具之间的热量交换可以连续、充分地进行。附图3 幅。
Due to its structural defects, HBP 160 high-speed upsetting machine adopts tower-shaped upsetting process, so that the cooling of the upset cake punch is not sufficient and the mold is expensive; the die failure causes the quality of the forging cake to meet the technical requirements. After the improvement, the upset cake punch with built-in water cooling, so that the cooling water and the heat exchange between molds can be continuous and fully carried out. Figure 3 Figure.
