在大修或中修机器时,常要掉换一些磨损零件,如与轴衬配合的转动轴或轴衬等。如果没有图纸,要量出这些零件准确尺寸是比较困难的。因轴衬经剖分后的直径要比实际直径小一些。因此,要求得准确直径,须用下述计算公式:设轴衬直径为φ75,用φ20的三个圆柱体(或塞规)重叠在轴衬內,然后用直尺和块规(或用深度游标尺)量出h值为7.272,如图a。
