毕业前,对学生进行一系列社交礼仪的强化训练,是有效帮助学生迅速融入社会大家庭的催化剂,也是他们今后工作上的得力助手。那么,如何从社交角度面对求职、工作、生活三关的挑战,是一项需要迫切了解与熟练掌握的『求生』技能。对此,我们可以采用『场景训练法』,通过最直观的训练,以求立竿见影的效果。其步骤如下:一、广征博引、制作课件;二、有的放矢、重点观摩;三、身临其境、设置场景;四、集思广益、善立形象。课件制作涉及的训练内容,可根据不同的交际需求,不同的专业(工种)职责要求,设置不同的课件。分为文字资料与音像资料两种。文字资料通常为不同场合的语言表达资料,如欢迎词、促销词、服务行业的礼貌用
