目的了解南靖县2007—2011年鼠疫监测情况,为防控工作提供依据。方法用描述流行病学方法对各年度的调查数据进行统计分析。结果 2007—2011年共捕获家鼠640只,平均家栖鼠密度7.1%;黄胸鼠为优势种(42.8%);平均野栖鼠密度3.4%,黄毛鼠为优势种(90.8%);观察雌性鼠943只,平均妊娠率25.3%,平均胎鼠数6.1只;鼠体平均染蚤率41.2%,总蚤指数1.11;印鼠客蚤占优势,蚤指数为1.05。结论南靖县鼠疫宿主动物密度、媒介蚤指数较高。应加强灭鼠灭蚤,控制鼠密度、降低媒介蚤指数,防止鼠疫的发生与流行。
Objective To understand the situation of plague surveillance in Nanjing County from 2007 to 2011 and provide basis for prevention and control. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used for statistical analysis of survey data of each year. Results A total of 640 domestic rats were collected from 2007 to 2011, with an average density of 7.1% of domestic rats. The dominant species was rapeseed (42.8%), the average density of wild rats was 3.4%, and the dominant species was Rattus norvegicus (90.8%). A total of 943 female rats were observed, with an average pregnancy rate of 25.3% and an average of 6.1 fetuses. The average rate of flea infection in flea was 41.2% and total flea index was 1.11. Conclusions The plague host density and vector flea index in Nanjing County are high. Rodents should be strengthened to eliminate fleas, control the density of rats, reduce the flea index media to prevent the occurrence and epidemic of plague.
