目前工程机械中广泛采用了液力变矩器。这是因为液力变矩器能够在泵轮扭矩不变或变化较小的情况下,随着涡轮转速不同而改变涡轮扭矩的大小。所以,随着外载荷的变化液力变矩器能够自动无级改变输出轴上的扭矩与转速,从而可使机器在行驶中减少换档,且还具有起步平稳、操作轻便,防止发动机过载熄火等优点。我校为CPC-2铲车试制的液力变矩器,为单级双相综合式,其泵轮、涡轮、导轮及泵轮盖,全部采用铝合金(ZL10)铸造而成。叶片薄,呈“S”形,流道小,与叶轮整体浇铸(见图1)。该液力变矩器体积小,重量轻,其具体结构参看图2所示:泵轮1通过变矩器外壳5与
