目的探讨新生儿高胆红素血症患儿干血片氨基酸和酰基肉碱浓度变化的临床意义。方法应用HPLC/MS/MS测定患儿组与对照组干血片氨基酸及肉碱浓度。结果患儿组与对照组相比辛酰基肉碱C8、葵酰基肉碱C10浓度降低,十四烷酰基肉碱C14、十六烷酰基肉碱C16浓度升高(P<0.05);缬氨酸(VAL)浓度降低,瓜氨酸(CIT)浓度升高(P<0.05)。结论新生儿高胆红素血症患儿血中氨基酸及肉碱浓度的变化对其诊断和治疗具有一定的临床意义
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the changes of amino acid and acylcarnitine concentration in dry blood tablets of children with neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods The contents of amino acids and carnitine in dried blood samples of children and controls were determined by HPLC / MS / MS. Results The concentration of octanoylcarnitine C8 and sunflowerylcarnitine C10 in the children group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The concentrations of tetradecanoylcarnitine C14 and hexadecanoylcarnitine C16 were increased (P <0.05) (VAL), and the concentration of citrulline (CIT) increased (P <0.05). Conclusion The changes of serum amino acids and carnitine levels in neonates with hyperbilirubinaemia may be of clinical significance for their diagnosis and treatment
