一、概述我国过去所用的大口径航空厚壁无缝钢管是从苏联进口的。我厂试生产这种厚壁管是采用电渣钢锭作管坯,经水压机冲孔,两辊斜轧机延伸,再经周期式轧管机轧制。经过实践摸索,我厂生产线已打通,历年来我厂所生产厚壁管经用户单位鉴定证明,它的各项性能完全满足了我国现行航空厚壁结构无缝钢管标准YB676-73的技术要求。本文着重介绍我厂设计的385新锭型30CrMnSiNi_2A航空管坯在电渣重熔工艺上,采用大断面电极对提高生产率和成品质量以及降低电耗所取得的成果,为推行扩大电极断面电渣重熔提供可靠的工艺
I. Overview Large-caliber aviation thick-walled seamless steel pipes used in our country were imported from the Soviet Union. I plant to trial production of such thick-walled tube is used as a slab of electro-slag steel ingot, hydraulic press punching, two-roll oblique mill extension, and then by the rolling mill cycle.
