由实验确定对钼和TZM钼合金与因科镍601和康塔尔A1进行复合的爆炸可焊性窗口。钼作为一种对应变速率敏感的材料是脆性的,但是在高碰撞点速度的情况下,钼的复合件能爆炸加工,没有开裂。由于结合面开始形成金属间相给出一个碰撞点速度上限。用轧制和深拉伸的方法可以对复合板及管材进一步加工。
The weldability window was explored experimentally for the detonation of molybdenum and TZM molybdenum alloys with Inconel 601 and Cantal A1. Molybdenum is brittle as a strain rate sensitive material, but at high impact point speeds the molybdenum composite can be detonated without cracking. Since the bonding surface starts to form an intermetallic phase, an upper collision speed limit is given. The method of rolling and deep drawing can be further processed composite plate and pipe.
