角膜溃疡穿孔是角膜病的严重并发症。我院采用8月龄以上的引产胎儿角膜作板层移植和全层移植,治疗角膜穿孔两例,控制了炎症,治愈了严重的角膜穿孔,恢复了部分视力,随访一年效果满意,现报道于后。病例报告例1 病儿冉×男4岁1984年3月10日因右眼角膜溃疡在我院门诊治疗两月余无效,终致角膜中央小穿孔。经在他院施行桥状结膜瓣遮盖术,住院治疗20余天,炎症控制,前房恢复正常,视力0.8,角膜留有白斑而出院。半年后右角膜溃疡复发,经当地治疗无效,于1984年12月4日因伴发前房积脓收住我院。体格检查:无异常发现。眼
